Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Kuts Studio ("Kuts", "the Service") at kuts.studio. By creating an account you enter into a contract with the publisher of the Service ("we", "us").
1. Service
Kuts provides cloud software for video editing assistance, AI-generated rough cuts, media generation, and export. Features and limits depend on your plan and available credits.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Credits & payment
Paid plans and top-ups are billed as displayed at checkout (Stripe). Credits are consumed when you run AI or cloud operations. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable once used or after the statutory withdrawal period where applicable.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of footage and materials you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, transcode, and analyse that content solely to operate the Service. You warrant that you have all rights necessary for upload and editing.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Kuts for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, malware, harassment, or attempts to bypass security or quotas. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI outputs
AI-generated edits, images, and videos are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, including accuracy, publicity rights, and compliance with platform rules. We do not guarantee uniqueness or freedom from third-party claims.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event, except for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, risk, or discontinuation of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
