This Policy explains how Kuts Studio processes personal data under the GDPR and applicable law.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of Kuts Studio. Contact: legal@kuts.studio (privacy requests).
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company optional), authentication logs, project metadata, uploaded media, usage and billing data, support messages, and technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps).
3. Purposes & legal bases
Contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interest (security, improvement), legal obligation (accounting), and consent where required (e.g. optional marketing if offered).
4. Processors
We use subprocessors for hosting (EU-based infrastructure), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and AI/cloud providers that process prompts and media to deliver generations. A list is available on request at legal@kuts.studio.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and as required by law thereafter. You may request deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact: legal@kuts.studio.
7. Transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions) as applicable.
